Biden dog placed on Secret Service watchlist after role in president-elect foot injury

Wilmington, DE - According to sources, President-elect Biden's dog, Major, has been placed on a Secret Service watchlist after his role in the Vice President's foot injury. Fortunately, the president-elect only suffered minor injuries. Still, his security detail will be taking additional precautions.

"While our initial investigation found that the president-elect's injury was purely the result of an accident while playing with Major, we are taking no chances. We are assigning an elite team of agents to keep a closer tabs on Major," said an anonymous Secret Service director.

Champ, Biden's other German Shephard, has been cleared of any involvement in the incident and will not be monitored at this time.

The Biden's are also planning to adopt a cat when they move into the White House in January. The Secret Service is expected to conduct an extensive background check on any feline that will take up residence at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
