Nashville, TN - Despite easing its vaccine requirements for event attendees, Bridgestone Arena announced the venue will temporarily replace its iconic Needle with a giant syringe in an effort to promote the vaccine.
"While Nashville COVID cases are heading in the right direction, there is more we can do. We hope our new syringe tower will be a reminder to locals and visitors alike to get vaccinated," said a spokesperson.
It is unclear how long the syringe will dot the Music City skyline, but it is expected to remain through the rest of the year.
