Congress calls emergency session to address growing fidget spinner supply crisis

Washington, D.C. - The Biden Administration has enlisted Congress to call an unprecedented emergency session to address the growing fidget spinner supply crisis.

"If we don't address this now, no kids will have fidget spinners in their stocking this Christmas," said Senator Bernie Sanders. "That's unacceptable."

The session is scheduled for Friday afternoon and is expected to continue into the weekend.

President Biden told reporters, "We must act, and we must act immediately. Listen, we have thousands of ships off the coast of California, packed full of fidget spinners. We need them on the shelves. This is our number one priority."

Retailers worry it is already too late but are eager to hear Congress's plan
