Nashville, TN - A spokesperson for Nashville's Wings Mural announced on Saturday that the popular attraction will now charge 5¢ per photo beginning today.
"With the rising cost of upkeep and inflation, we are in a position where we feel we must begin charging a small fee for photos."
One tourist we spoke to said she understood the charge but hopes the "mural people" realize that it will cost some visitors hundreds of dollars to get the perfect shot.
"We would have paid like $1,000 for the photos we took," she said. "I'm glad we came this weekend."
A cashier will be posted near the mural to collect the fee. Only credit cards or personal checks will be accepted.
