Enterprising homeowner near Nashville soccer stadium builds mega parking garage in backyard

Nashville, TN - One enterprising homeowner near Nashville's new soccer stadium, Geodis Park, built an 18-story mega parking garage in his backyard in an effort to make additional income.

Inquisitor Nashville caught up with the ower, Bob Rogers, to ask about the structures.

"Oh, those little things? I'm just trying to earn a couple of extra bucks during games and the flea market. You need parking?"

Sources say each of the four towers holds 1,000 cars. Two additional towers are reportedly planned if the project generates enough profit.

Valet is also available for an additional $10.

City officials say they are investigating Rogers because no building permit was ever issued, and no business license application was ever submitted.

Rogers would not comment on the investigation.
