I-40 Pothole Cavern hosts 1st annual Easter Egg Hunt

Fun for the Hole Family!

Nashville, TN - Nashville's I-40 Pothole Cavern hosted its 1st Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, drawing thousands of parents and children to the beloved Music City attraction.

"It was a lot of fun. A little hard to find the eggs in the dark down there, but lots of fun," said one mother of three.

The egg hunt was just part of the Easter Weekend Celebration, which will also include a family picnic, concert, and church service on Sunday morning.

The venue plans to continue hosting events until the city gets around to filling the cavern with cement. They are currently planning their Mother's Day and Fourth of July programs.
