Los Angeles, CA - After a safe and successful first week as the Jeopardy! guest host, Aaron Rodgers has deployed a guest lineman in case contestants decide to blitz during his second week.
An agent for the Green Bay quarterback told reporters, "After reviewing the list of contestants for week 2, we felt the additional protection was warranted."
Documents show upcoming contestants include two former college football players and at least one life-long Chicago Bears fan.
In addition to general protection duties, the lineman will also be responsible for snapping the answer cards to Rodgers at the host podium.
According to sources, Rodgers is also actively recruiting fellow Packers to run teleprompters, operate cameras, and fill other production roles, should he get the job as permanent host.
