Local 'prank' news site to run real stories for April Fools' Day

Nashville, TN - According to insider sources, a Nashville-based satirical news magazine plans to run real news stories for April Fools' Day.

An unidentified spokesperson for the company told reporters, "We feel like everyone needs a little seriousness in these stress-free times. So, we are going to run some heavy, thought-proving stories on April 1."

The spokesperson couldn't say whether all stories shared on April 1 would be real or if the site would mix them in with their normal publications. "I don't know, it will be a surprise," he said.
