Matt Gaetz says misconduct allegations all attempt to extort his hair care secrets

Washington, DC - Florida Representative Matt Gaetz made the media rounds on Tuesday night to address allegations of sexual misconduct with a 17-year-old female.

"These allegations of sexual misconduct against me are false," Gaetz told reporters. "They are all rooted in an organized extortion attempt to steal my hair care secrets, and that is never going to happen."

Gaetz did not speak further on the allegations but did spend 20 minutes discussing organic hair gels and his preferred drying techniques with the press.

Later, Gaetz went on Tucker Carlson's show and reminded Carlson of the time the FOX News host was similarly accused of misconduct to steal his hair care formula. Carlson brushed off the comparison, calling the exchange one of the "weirdest interviews I've ever conducted."
