Nashville Flea Market vendor eager to share 50-minute history of rusty broken lamp

Nashville, TN - The Nashville Flea Market returns this weekend after a 14-month hiatus, and no one is more excited than long-time antique vendor Tony Calzoni.

Calzoni says he can't wait to welcome treasure hunters back to his booth and share the histories of the items he has collected over the past year.

"I've got some really interesting pieces for sale this weekend, and I can't wait to tell their stories," Calzoni told our reporter. "But, my favorite is this lamp right here. How much time you got?"

Calzoni went on to share a 50-minute detailed account of where the lamp was made, what materials were used, and the lives and demises of its former owners.

The lamp is just one of the hundreds of items he hopes to discuss in-depth with visitors this weekend.

The Nashville Flea Market is outside only and is open Saturday, 8 am - 6 pm, and Sunday, 8 am - 4 pm.
