Nashville grounded for two more weeks

Nashville, TN - Nashville Mayor John Cooper grounded Music City for two more weeks on Thursday after the city failed to obey some basic agreed-upon house rules.

"All you had to do was clean up, wash your hands, stay away from others... but you didn't do it," Mayor Cooper told citizens in a heart to heart. "This is why we can't have nice things open."

Mayor Cooper went on to say that it hurts him more than it hurts us to extend the punishment, but he had to show tough love to help us learn.

On a positive note, he did say that if we do all the things he asks and conditions improve, he may let us out a little early.
