Nashville, TN - Nashville native Brad Owens is celebrating tonight after securing a lease on a highly-prized trailer for only $1,600 a month.
"I feel like I won the lottery," said Owens, who signed the papers this afternoon.
According to the trailer's owner, he had only listed it on Friday morning and already had multiple offers by noon. After a brief interview with each prospective tenant, the landlord called his final three candidates to the property and had them wrestle for the lease.
Owens, who wrestled in high school, narrowly beat out a 72-year-old man and 83-year-old woman for the prize. He plans to move in on Saturday.
