Nashville, TN - According to a new report, the fastest way to end a friendship in 2021 is not Googling "how to do the frozen pants challenge."
Charles Owens learned this the hard way when he saw a funny photo online of pants standing upright in the snow and wanted to recreate the image. Owens talked his best friend Brian into helping but failed to research how the optical illusion is accomplished.
"I just assumed spraying Brian with my pressure washer in the 10° temperature was the only way," said Owens. "I should have Googled it." Owens added, "But hey, it worked."
Charles says he has not spoken to Brian since the incident despite leaving dozens of messages and apologies through texts. Brian's mom said he is doing fine but never wants to speak to Charles again.
We reached out to Brian for comment, but he was reportedly taking a hot bath.
