Nashville, TN - A local Crossfitter is being hailed as a fitness hero on Thursday after stopping to show a stranded motorist how to flip a tire.
Witnesses say the athlete saw a woman changing her tire on the side of the road. Without hesitation, he pulled over, took a giant tire from the bed of his truck, and took five minutes of his day to show the driver the proper form when flipping a tire.
"Form is everything," said the man before loading the tire back in his truck and driving off.
The motorist was not available for comment, but witnesses say the man's thoughtfulness clearly moved her. One passerby recalls her softly crying while she waited for AAA.
