Nashville, TN - Peggy Bixby had no idea she would make history when she went for her first vaccine shot on Friday, but Peggy is not just any other vaccine recipient. Mrs. Bixby marked the 100 millionth vaccine shot in the United States.
The Vaccine Prize Patrol was on hand to surprise the 72-year-old with a shiny red balloon and a jumbo vaccination card.
"I feel like I've won the lottery," said Bixby. "Just with no money and more arm pain."
Bixby posed for a few photos before leaving the facility.
She said she planned to spend the rest of the day watching the new Zack Snyder Justice League director's cut.
