I spent the afternoon at my grandma's house where we surprised her for like the third year in a row. The cake was pretty good and I got to see some of my cousins, but the vibe was way off this year. I guess it has to do with her declining health, but she used to be a lot more fun. I don't think she even downed one beer. She basically just sat there staring out the window and eating cake. Pretty lame overall.
