Geneva - The press was on hand in Geneva on Wednesday morning to catch a short handshake between President Biden and Vladimir Putin.
A Biden spokesperson told reporters the president appreciated the small gesture by the Russian leader, saying, "Sometimes a tiny handshake is all you need to turn a struggling relationship around."
The leaders then spoke for three hours before holding separate press conferences. Both agreed that the abbreviated summit was productive.
