Nashville, TN - A local man is devastated this morning after learning he only missed the Mega Million's $1 billion jackpot by six numbers and the multiplier.
"It's heartbreaking," said Ron Jonboli. "To come that close and walk away with nothing. It's a tough day."
Jonboli said that he used the ages of his six favorite family members to choose his numbers. Ironically, the winning numbers were precisely the ages of his six least favorite family members.
Still, Jonboli says he is not going to let get him down.
"I'm just going to keep my head up and keep buying tickets. I only missed by six. That's better than usual. So, that's progress," said Jonboli.
