Trump wins Emmy for best White House comedy



Washington, DC - You can say many things about President Trump, but you can't say he isn't entertaining.


President Trump accepted his first Emmy last night for best White House comedy. It was his first win and third Emmy nomination. The first two were for The Apprentice in 2004 and 2005.


A spokesperson for Trump told reporters, "The president appreciates this award and hopes to win four to eight more over the next decade."


Vice President Mike Pence also received a nomination for best supporting actor but did not win.
